To help you remember your poomse, have a friend read these descriptions as you practice. Stances and foot work are not included; you will learn them in class. If you cannot remember how to move from one element to another in your poomse, ask your instructor.

1/4 Turn left, double knife hand block, palm block, step, spear hand attack.
1/2 Turn right, double knife hand block, palm block, step, spear hand attack.
1/4 Turn left (to front), knife hand high block and neck attack, front snap kick, middle punch.
Side kick, side kick, double knife hand middle block.

3/4 Turn left, outside block, front snap kick & step back, out-to-in block.
1/2 Turn right, outside block, front snap kick & step back, out-to-in block.
1/4 Turn left (to back), knife hand high block and neck attack, front snap kick, back fist.

1/4 Turn left, out-to-in block, punch.
1/2 Turn right, out-to-in block, punch.
1/4 Turn left (to back), out-to-in block, punch, punch.
Step, out-to-in block, punch, punch, ke-up!

Wait until the instructor tells you to end, then
1/2 Turn left (to front), ready stance.
