To help you remember your poomse, have a friend read these descriptions as you practice. Stances and foot work are not included; you will learn them in class. If you cannot remember how to move from one element to another in your poomse, ask your instructor.

Turn left, low block, step back, hammer fist.
Turn right, low block, step back, hammer fist.
(To front), out-to-in block, out-to-in block.
Front snap kick, back fist, out-to-in block.
Front snap kick, back fist, out-to-in block.
Step, back fist, ke-up!

3/4 Turn left, single knife hand block, step, elbow attack.
1/2 Turn right, single knife hand block, step, elbow attack.
1/4 Turn left (to back), low block, out-to-in block.
Front snap kick, low block, out-to-in block.

1/4 Turn left, high block, side kick, elbow attack.
1/2 Turn right, high block, side kick, elbow attack.
1/4 Turn left (to back), low block, out-to-in block.
Front snap kick, jump into twisted stance, back fist, ke-up!

Wait until the instructor tells you to end, then
1/2 Turn left (to front), ready stance.
