To help you remember your poomse, have a friend read these descriptions as you practice. Stances and foot work are not included; you will learn them in class. If you cannot remember how to move from one element to another in your poomse, ask your instructor.

1/4 Turn left, low block, front snap kick & step back, outside block.
1/2 Turn right, low block, front snap kick & step back, outside block.
1/4 Turn left (to front), single knife hand block, round house kick.

1/4 Turn left, high outside block, punch, front snap kick, punch.
1/2 Turn right, high outside block, punch, front snap kick, punch.
1/4 Turn left (to front), high X block, double side low blocks.
Single knife hand block, round house kick, ke-up.

3/4 Turn right, low block, front snap kick & step back, outside block.
1/2 Turn left, low block, front snap kick & step back, outside block.
1/4 Turn left (to front) double knife hand block.
Step back, double knife hand block.
Step back, palm block, punch.
Step back, palm block, punch.

Wait until the instructor tells you to end, then
Step forward left to ready stance.
