To help you remember your poomse, have a friend read these descriptions as you practice. Stances and foot work are not included; you will learn them in class. If you cannot remember how to move from one element to another in your poomse, ask your instructor.

1/4 Turn left, palm block, front snap kick & step back, out-to-in block.
1/2 Turn right, palm block, front snap kick & step back, out-to-in block.
1/4 Turn left (to front), double knife hand low block, step, double knife hand low block.

1/4 Turn left, palm block, back fist.
1/2 Turn right, palm block, back fist.
1/4 Turn left (to front) bring hands up and wrap left hand over right fist.
In-to-out block and low block; in-to-out block and low block.
Step, in-to-out block and low block; in-to-out block and low block.

3/4 Turn left, high double outside block, knee attack, step, double upper cut, step back low x-block.
1/2 Turn right, high double outside block, knee attack, step, double upper cut, step back low x-block.
1/4 Turn left (to back), back fist, crescent kick, forearm attack; back fist, crescent kick, forearm attack; single knife hand block; step, middle punch, ke-up!

Wait until the instructor tells you to end, then
1/2 Turn left (to front), ready stance.
