To help you remember your poomse, have a friend read these descriptions as you practice. Stances and foot work are not included; you will learn them in class. If you cannot remember how to move from one element to another in your poomse, ask your instructor.

To front, double fist middle block, punch; double jump front snap kick, ke-up, out-to-in block, punch, punch; step, punch.
Turn left (to back), mountain stance with low block and high in-to-out block; twist left, upper cut.
Step left in front of right (facing back), mountain stance with low block and high in-to-out block; twist right, upper cut.
Turn left (to front) double knife hand block, punch, front snap kick, step back twice, palm block.

Turn left, double knife hand block, front snap kick, punch, palm block.
Turn right, double knife hand block, front snap kick, punch, palm block.
Turn right (to back), double fist low block, front snap kick, jump front snap kick, ke-up, out-to-in block, punch, punch.

3/4 Turn left, single knife hand, elbow attack, back fist, punch.
1/2 Turn right, single knife hand, elbow attack, back fist, punch.

Wait until the instructor tells you to end, then
Turn left (to front), ready stance.
